Eat a single light sattvic meal before sunset. Avoid heavy grains, lentils, or eating late at night. Take a holy bath and resolve for the fast.

Wednesday, September 1, 2275 · Begins 6:08 AM (Sunrise)

Complete fast from sunrise to sunrise (water-only, fruits, or Nirjala as per capacity). Continuous prayer, chanting, and night vigil (Jāgaraṇa).

3

Dvādaśī · Breaking the Fast (Pāraṇā)

Thursday, 2 September 2275 · Pāraṇā Window: 6:08 AM – 9:14 AM

Morning bath, offer charity (dāna) to the needy or Brahmins, and break the fast strictly within the pāraṇā window before Dvādaśī ends.
